From 20 to 27 October 2018, the Austrian Study Centre for Peace and Conflict Resolution in Stadtschlaining (Burgenland, Austria) hosted the pilot Specialisation Course on Protection of National Minorities in the OSCE Area.

As a part of this course, ICELDS Board Member Dr. Kiryl Kascian provided trainings on Promoting Effective Partnership in Public Life and Human Rights Monitoring and Reporting.

The course was organized under the Auspices of the Organisation of Security and Cooperation in Europe and OSCE High Commissioner on National Minorities as a follow-up event to the Graz Recommendations on Access to Justice and National Minorities, the most recent set of recommendations of the OSCE High Commissioner on National Minorities published in November 2017.
