ICELDS participated in a panel discussion within the framework of Culture 2030 policy in Estonia

Our partner organisation, the Russian Museum of Estonia, takes part in the discussion panels organised by the Ministry of Culture of Estonia within the framework of the of public consultation round preceding the formation of “Culture 2030” (Kultuur 2030) policy.

Additionally, our Research Assistant Katarina Budrik also participated in the discussions, providing minority-focused perspective. The panel discussion was titled “Culture in Estonia in 2030 – from where do the new creators of pictures, words, figures, spaces and sounds come?” It was focused on the role of representation in formation of cultural artifacts.
