Public lecture in Minsk: concept of ethnic discrimination and its applicability in post-Soviet societies

On March 21, 2018 our expert Dr. Alexander Osipov delivered a public lecture in Minsk entitled “The concept of ethnic discrimination and its applicability in post-Soviet societies.” This was the third event within the framework of a joint project “Teaching diversity issues in higher education in Belarus: models and contents,” implemented in 2018 by the ICELDS in cooperation with the International Relations Faculty of the Belarusian State University. The first public lecture was also delivered by Dr. Alexander Osipov on Feburary 15, 2018 and asked the question “Why are the diversity issues important within the context of international relations?” The second public lecture was given by Dr. Hanna Vasilevich on February 24, 2018 and discussed “Nation-building, identity and national minorities.”
